Steve was very prompt, on budget, on time, said what he was going to do and he did it, no surprises. He’s a Union trained tile setter and really knows his craft. Tile work in studio apt. (he) showed up on time, finished work, most importantly he came back to fix something, which is rare with contractors around here. There was a scratch, he came back and polished it out…work is good…what…what I was looking for. I’d be pleased to have him come back again. I’d recommend him. I found him in the IJ.

He redid kitchen tile. He’s really a nice guy. He did it for under what he estimated, the job looked good, I would recommend him to someone else… I called him on a Thursday’ he had it done in less than a day, faster than I thought. Steve did a very large room for me and he did an incredible job. I got a lot of estimates and he came in lower than some of the others. I’m convinced he did a better job than anybody else could have done. And he’s a really nice person. He was neat, tidy, on time, he went above and beyond.

I’m so grateful to him because I bought the tile and the grout, and would have been really unhappy if he had put in the grout I’d purchased. He didn’t make me change but he went out of his way. Had it not been for him, I’d have been extremely unhappy. He was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. The job is beautiful; it was over 400 sq. feet.

When he left at night, everything was tidy. He was so nice and courteous. I would use him again and I’d recommend him to anybody. I was looking in the IJ, and he happened to be doing a job in Novato. I saw the work he was doing, it was great. I’d recommend him highly to anybody. He as punctual, and went above and beyond the call. He even fixed work someone else did at no extra charge.
